New Color Scheme for Summer

I haven't been blogging for the last couple of weeks because now is time to get ready for my Chinese exam next week, so not only haven't I wanted to spend much time blogging, but I also haven't been seeing a lot of blog-worthy things. What I'm really looking forward to is not the test, but the the arrival of two special visitors the following day.

Since both Michelle and David will be getting their names on the Visitors Point Tally with this
visit, I've re-posted the details of the VPT in the comment below.

I promise more postings after this week!

  1. BASIC EXPLANATION OF THE VISITOR POINT TALLY
    - Each individual who visits me at an overseas post gets one point per trip, no matter how long the length of the trip.
    - 1 extra point granted for each of the following conditions: 1st person to visit me at a particular post; visitor's first trip outside the United States.

    ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
    - Visitor must come to the country where I am posted to earn a point.
    - Business trips to the country where I am posted usually will not qualify for a point (the "point" is for people to visit me!).
    - Once earned, points will never be taken away.
    - Any point-earning visitor is welcome to debate the point tally.
    - I am the final arbiter of points.
